Me and My Partner are splitting up and hopefully he as agreed to let me buy him out . We have a tracker Mortgage on a Part Buy Part rent Flat which is for £75,000 think we have equity of 14,000 so need to pay him approx £7000 plus money for furniture etc . Would you get a remortage to cut costs on valuation or would you stay with the tracker till end of year, bearing in mind the proeprty market is going up. I would then try and get a full loan for the equity or a part loan if I cant get a mortage
