Be careful with Coverlook, they called me yesterday saying that i have won a pampering, photo shoot, hair and make up at london oxford studios. The guy said that he'd need £50.00 deposit (which will be refunded) in case I don't turn up and wanted my debit/credit card details on the phone. It is total scam, and lots of you guys will find out you are winners with them, but just be very careful. I have read somewhere they even put pressure on people to buy the pics when you're there, each pic being over £60...
I told the guy to ring back for the card details, and did my research...the guy tried to hassle as I did not respond. I expect they will probably try again, so I will have to send them packing.
It cannot be a proper prize...

    Snap!!!
They phoned me last night too. I was really made up at the time but when he phoned me i was in the car on the motorway so i told him to phone back - it's a good job because i was really chuffed i'd won something and had i not been in the car on the motorway with no where to write details i'd have fallen right into the trap.
He's just tried to phone me back 3 times this afternoon and i haven't answered it yet - not sure what i'm going to say when i do answer it though!!!

If you don't answer they will try again. I have answered today saying I cannot make it to London, I won't give my card details on the phone, and therefore I'd prefer the prize to go to someone else. The guy did not insist, so I'm hoping they won't ring again.

  • I've just had a cal from them too. I wouldn't give my card details (mostly due to the lack of funds in my bank ATM)
Now I know it's a scam, i'll be telling that girl to chimp off when she calls back after payday.
Boo ! I thought it was too good to be true.
