Help to Buy - QickQu.

Hello,
I had a quick question regarding help to buy (but it may also applicable to wider mortgages). I was planning to purchase a property in the coming weeks, brand new (still in progress) with the expected build date to be completed in December this year.
My question is that I have a safe and secure job with an organisation i have been working for approx. a year. If I made my application for mortgage today and everything all gets approved (with the current role) and then ....if after this date...but before December I was to be offered a permanent job with another company (higher salary) would my mortgage cancel because my application was based on my current job and salary.
Any help and past experience on this subject area would be gratefully appreciated.
Regards,
H.

You would need to advise the lender of a change in circumstances. It would be up to the lender if they wished to withdraw the offer.0

They could pull your mortgage depending on your contract. They will probably ask what probationary period the new role has.
If you are buying a new build, then you will be chasing the builder so much that would stay where I was until I'd moved house. A new employer may think your mind is not on your new job. I had to make on average 20 phone calls a week for the 8 weeks before we moved.0
