I would say the very fact that you thought you had to write this lengthy post I would think that you don't trust your mortgage broker. We used a mortgage broker and I never for one second thought she was not trustworthy, and she gave good advice, that on hindsight I still think was good advice for our circumstances, and well worth the fee.
Only you can say if you trust someone, but sounds like YOU dont, which is important in any relationship.0
