train tickets not used, - refund ?

Last week I bought an off-peak day return train ticket for about £25, but unfortunately on the day of travel I was unable to go so the tickets didn't get used. If I go back to the ticket office tomorrow will I still be able to get a refund or part-refund on the tickets even though the date of travel was 2 or 3 days ago?

You can obtain a refund for a completely unused ticket from the point of sale (less a £10 admin fee, so you'll only get approx. £15 back).Last week I bought an off-peak day return train ticket for about £25, but unfortunately on the day of travel I was unable to go so the tickets didn't get used.
