Terms & Conditions

Prize Packages
· The first prize winner, chosen at random by Indesit Company, will receive the
following prize package:
o One week holiday to Orlando, Florida for two
o Return Virgin flights for two from London Gatwick, including all taxes and
fuel supplements
o Seven nights 4* accommodation at The Wyndham Orlando Resort,
Florida
o Zero Gravity flight for two, taking off from The Kennedy Space Centre,
Florida
o £1,000 spending money
o Indesit Moon washing machine
· All flights will leave from London Gatwick and can be taken from September 1st
2007 until September 30th 2008, excluding the following periods:
Dec 17th - January 2nd, March 17th – 21st, July 20th – August 31st.
· Please note transport to and from the airport, and to and from The Kennedy
Space Centre, is not included in the prize package
· Five additional runners up, chosen at random by Indesit Company, will win a

Zero Gravity Flights
· Winners of the zero gravity tickets will be flying with Incredible Adventures
https://www.incredible-adventures.com on its ZERO-G Experience.
· The minimum age to participate in zero gravity flights is 12 years old. There is
currently no maximum age limit.
· All zero gravity flights are fully insured, just like every other commercial airline.
ZERO-G flights operate under FAA guidelines, therefore individual life assurance
will cover all participants (do we need to recommend alternative insurance for
those that don’t have life assurance).
· All those who take part in the flight will receive photos and a video of the flight
experience, courtesy of ZERO-G.
· A sample of the flight day itinerary is below, please note times may vary:
o 08:45 – Check in, light breakfast
o 09:15 – Mission briefing and coach time
o 10:15 - Transportation to shuttle landing facility
o 10:30 – Security screening and boarding
o 11:00 – Weightless flight
o 13:00 – Return to visitors complex
o 13:30 – Regravitation party
· The following flights are planned from Kennedy Space Centre until the end of
2007: Sept 29th, Oct 13th, Nov 24th, Dec 8th, Dec 9th

· Once travel and flight dates are decided please contact Brave PR to allow
bookings to be made.
Zero Gravity Flight Refunds and Transfer Policy
· Once purchased, your reservation is not refundable, but is transferable and you
can give ZERO-G the name of someone to take your place up to the time of
training prior to flight time.
· The purchase of trip cancellation insurance for all passengers is advised.
Participants are responsible for their own insurance.
· The purchaser acknowledges that all passengers will be required to agree to
ZERO-Gs terms and conditions, will attend all of the pre-flight training and sign a
liability waiver and medical declaration prior to flight. In the event that a
passenger is unable to meet these terms & conditions, it is the responsibility of
the purchaser to transfer the reservation to a passenger who does accept the
terms & conditions.
· In the unlikely event that any condition prevents ZERO-G from flying, ZERO-G
will make its best effort to reschedule the flight as soon as possible after the
original flight time. If ZERO-G is unable to perform flight within 48 hours, you may
book onto any other available ZERO-G seat or receive a 100% cash refund. The
extent of ZERO-Gs liability is limited to this cash refund.
· Once a flight is booked, requests to reschedule are subject to IA approval and
may result in an additional charge of up to $1500. All notices of cancellation and
requests for rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
Zero Gravity Health Considerations
· All those participating in ZERO-G flights must be in good health.
· It may be necessary for participants to be examined by a doctor who can certify
fitness prior to participation in the zero gravity flight programmes. Following the
outcome of this examination the medical questionnaire provided by ZERO-G
must completed and signed. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to
judge whether they are healthy enough to take part in the zero gravity flight
programme and whether you wish to assume the risk involved.
· Before flying all participants will be offered the option of a dosage of motion
sickness medication called SCC. ZERO-G strongly recommend this medication
to all flyers to mitigate motion sickness during the zero gravity experience,
however the decision to take this medication is one made entirely on an
individual basis and Indesit Company will not accept any responsibility for any
allergic reactions.
Zero Gravity Liabilities
· All those wishing to participate in a zero gravity flight must acknowledges that all
passengers will be required to agree to ZERO-G terms and conditions, will attend
all of the pre-flight training and sign a liability waiver and medical declaration prior
to flight.
· Indesit Company are unable to except any responsibility for flight cancellations,
the exposure to hazards and risks forseen and unforeseen before, during and
after the zero gravity flight, or if a person is deemed not fit enough to fly.
· Before flying all participants will be required to sign the following liability waver
form:
I, _______________________ the participant in the Zero Gravity Corporation, Inc.’s
(herein after referred to as “ZERO-G”) the ZERO-G Experience, understand that during
my participation I may be exposed to a variety of hazards and risks foreseen and
unforeseen, which are inherent in each Flight and cannot be eliminated without
destroying the unique character of the Flight. These inherent risks include, but are not
limited to, the dangers of property damage, personal injury (minor or serious) and death
(“Injuries & Damages”) resulting from weightlessness and/or flight malfunction or
mechanical failure. Some of the specific risks include, but are not limited to: injury from
sudden changes in gravity, altitude and/or turbulence, and could include physical contact
of your body with the interior of the aircraft and other participants during weightlessness.
I understand and acknowledge that ZERO-G has explained these risks to me and has
not tried to conceal, contradict or minimize my understanding of these risks. I understand
that Injuries and damages can occur by natural causes or activities of other persons,
other participants, the Mission Director and Coaches, assistants or other third parties,
either as a result of negligence or because of other reasons. I also understand that risks
of such Injuries and Damages are involved in such high adventure programs as the
ZERO-G Experience and I appreciate that I may have to exercise extra care for my own
person and for others around me in the face of such hazards. I further understand that
there may not be rescue or medical personnel on board the aircraft to deal with the
Injuries and Damages to which I may be exposed. Parabolic flight is offered under Part-
121 with certain exemptions from Part-91 and Part-25 of the Federal Air Regulations
(FAR), which the Federal Aviation Administration has determined do not adversely affect
safety. Risks include that of decompression and loss of consciousness, while the
probability of an explosive decompression on the ZERO-G aircraft is similar to any other
Part-121 operation, the implications of not getting oxygen immediately could be
significant. In consideration for my acceptance and participation on this Flight, and the
training, services and amenities to be provided by ZERO-G in connection with this Flight,
I confirm my understanding that:
• I have read any rules and conditions applicable to this Flight made available to me by
ZERO-G; and I acknowledge my participation is at the discretion of the “Mission
Director.”
• If I decide to leave early and do not complete the total ZERO-G Experience, I assume
all the risks inherent in my decision to leave and waive all liability against ZERO-G
arising from my decision.
• This Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law. If any
provision or any part of any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or legally
unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected
thereby and shall remain valid and fully enforceable.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I agree to WAIVE, DISCHARGE ALL CLAIMS AND
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY ZERO-G, AMERIJET INTERNATIONAL, INC.,
INCREDIBLE ADVENTURES, INC. and all of their respective affiliated companies,
parent companies and subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees, agents,
leaders, and any other related persons or entities, from any and all liability on account
of, or in any way resulting from Injuries and Damages, even if caused by negligence of
the ZERO-G, AMERIJET INTERNATIONAL, INC., INCREDIBLE ADVENTURES, INC.
and all of their respective affiliated companies, parent companies and subsidiaries, and
their officers, directors, employees, agents, leaders, or other related persons or entities
in any way connected with the ZERO-G Experience. I further agree to HOLD
HARMLESS ZERO-G, AMERIJET INTERNATIONAL, INC., INCREDIBLE
ADVENTURES, INC. and all of their respective affiliated companies, parent companies
and subsidiaries and their officers, directors, employees, agents, leaders and any other
related persons or entities from any claims, damages, injuries or losses caused by my
own negligence while participating in the ZERO-G Experience. I understand and intend
this assumption of risk and release is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying me on the ZERO-G Experience.
• I agree that this waiver and liability release shall be governed by the laws of the State
of Florida, and any disputes arising under this agreement shall be brought only before
the courts or in an arbitration tribunal in the State of Florida.
• I have read this document in its entirety and I freely and voluntarily assume all risks of
such Injuries and Damages and notwithstanding such risks, I agree to participate in the
ZERO-G Experience.
Zero Gravity Drug and Alcohol Policy
You are not allowed to consume alcohol nor any drug, pharmaceutical or substance,
which could negatively affect your ability, comprehension, reasoning, judgment, skill, or
coordination for a period of at least 24 hours before your flight(s) begin. Violation of this
rule will result in a non-refundable cancellation of your flight.
Entrants
· All entrants are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this
competition and agree to be bound by them.
· The winner additional five runners up will be chosen by random by Indesit
Company after the closing date of 31st August
· The prize is as stated and no cash alternative will be offered.
· The competition is open to UK residents only, except employees of Brave PR,
Indesit Company and their agents.
· No purchase necessary.
· All entrants must be willing to participate further in any publicity activities
surrounding these prizes, both before and after the zero gravity flights.
· No cash prize alternative.
· Entrants must be 18 years old or over to enter this competition.
· We reserve the right to cancel or extend this competition or amend these terms
and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside our control.
