The prize:
The winner and a guest will stay for three nights, B&B, at Longueville Manor, on Jersey, the only Relais & Châteaux hotel in the Channel Islands. The hotel, which has been awarded five red stars by the AA, is set in 16 acres of grounds. The restaurant, which has three AA rosettes, is run by head chef Andrew Baird, who works closely with a kitchen gardener and forager.
Return flights will be with Blue Islands, Jersey’s local airline, which flies direct from London City, Bristol and Southampton.
The prize, which includes one dinner and one lunch for two, as well as car hire, must be taken between September 7, 2014, and March 31, 2015, subject to availability and excluding public holidays.
