Interesting article.. Since the collapse of interest rates people now looking to buy-to-let for their pension and it's now overtaking standard pension arrangements...
Looks like many of the 'accidental' landlords are walking a very tight line and may come unstuck if/when (delete as appropriate) interest rates recover...

Nothing new in the article that hasn't been said before. The lack of any form of plan. Suggests that many are going to be disappointed with the ultimate return.0
