thanks, don't worry about it, it's just so frustrating that I can't do certain things on my computer at the moment. I was hoping to get someone to take me in to John Lewis this week but I'm really not well enough at the moment, had a bad fall just before Christmas & have to keep my legs elevated to get the swelling down & then started with a nasty ear, nose, throat & eye infection just before New Year so I'm on antibiotics, I've gone almost deaf with it which is driving me mad when subtitles don't work on my favourite Christmas24 movies that I have recorded to watch but I'll get my laptop sorted as soon as I can then things can get back to normal on dailies. I have a 3 year warranty with only just over a year gone & they said they can sort it by running some recovery discs but I may be without it for a few days when I do take it in.

I received a reply about the intermittent receipt of confirmation emails from Shopological & they said that, even though we may not be receiving them, our entries will still be counted
