This type of cream is very unlikely to work for severe acne scarring.
Light based treatments such as IPL and lasers are more likely to be of benefit - costly though.0 -

It says it will help reduce old and new scars but yes i agree with u0 -
It might be worth having a word with your GP, if you haven't already. Problems of this nature are extremely upsetting for many and a referral to a dermatologist might be possible.0

I agree with all the above plus google dermarollering, I've had fantastic results with this on scarring on my face and also plumping of lips and other areas on my face, dd uses it with great benefit on her stretch marks

Scars if still red or reddish there is hope, but once they turn white nothing will help.0
