    Contact them and explain what happened. I ordered the Rituals box and the diffuser had leaked, I emailed them that evening and they sorted a replacement no problem. It took a couple of weeks to arrive, but the replacement was fine!

    Are they pushed through your letterbox or delivered by the mail van?

    Mine came today, it was delivered by the regular postman but is too big for the letterbox.

    Just checked and I received the order confirmation email on 27 July
