Query about scratchcard competition insert in magazine

Hi everyone,

I bought Company magazine recently to read on a flight to a work conference. Inside was one of those big competition scratchcards where if you reveal 3 of a particular symbol you can win a prize. I got 3 of a kangaroo symbol, but in order to claim my prize, I have to submit the card with my details on the back and details of what the prize is I'm claiming, and it seems that the only way to find out what prize I'm claiming is to ring a premium-rate phone number.

Would anyone reading this have experience in these competitions, and is there a way to find out what your prize is that doesn't involve a lengthy phonecall to a very expensive line?
