My soylent experiment...cheap easy 'food'?

    Um...if it contains fish oils then it's no good for vegetarians.....piscatorians maybe...

    2. None of the annoying things associated with food prep - no grocery shopping, no lugging groceries, no cooking, not many dishes.

    I generally enjoy food shopping and cooking, they are a pleasure.

    The supermarket delivers me one bulk shop per month supplemented by regular small shops for fresh stuff - no lugging whatsoever.

    I have a dish washer so there's little manual washing up to do.

    Eating is a very sociable activity - will you miss this interaction?

    Suppose, at a conservative estimate, you save around 10 hours per week from reduced shopping, washing up and cooking, how are you planning to spend this time? Let us know the actual time saved.

    I am interested in hearing the outcome of your experiment.
