• Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
• The winning entrant will be the first entry drawn at random from all the entries received after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the close of the promotion by email.
• The winner will receive: One trip for two people to the south coast of Ireland, including one two night stay at a Manor House Hotel (B&B) of their choice. The prize also includes travel by air: return flights on a direct route from mainland Britain to the West of Ireland - Cork, Kerry, Knock or Shannon - economy class including one checked-in bag per person and pre-booked seat. Additionally, the prize includes: car hire: budget car rental group 3 (Nissan Almera or sim.) - Collect/Return Airport TBC depending on the airport destination. Three days rental voucher for one driver includes: *Collision Damage Reduction (ZERO Excess), unlimited mileage, Theft Protection Insurance, Airport Surcharge, Breakdown Cover and VAT.
• The prize does not include: Insurance for vehicle hire, travel to and from the airport, fuel for car rental or fee for extra driver (at discretion of Tourism Ireland), car parking charges, meals on flights or ferries or any additional meals during stay, travel insurance or any other personal expenses.
• Dates for prize: Prize is available from 01 Jul to 30 November 2014 and booking is subject to availability.One month’s notice required for arrangement to be put in place – choice of two dates to be provided. Other events such as concerts, conferences, major race meetings such as the Irish Derby, Heineken Cup matches may impact on the accommodation in an area, which is always subject to availability.
• •Conditions of prize: Prize winner must claim prize within 7 days of notification. Accommodation based on two sharing twin or double room. Prize is as described and arranged as one package – elements of the arrangement cannot used separately or individually (e.g. using flights for one date and accommodation for another). The winner and guest will need a valid passport/photo ID for travel, for the driver, a full unendorsed UK driving licence and Credit Card required for vehicle hire. Prize winner and guest(s) must travel on same itinerary. Prize not redeemable for cash, exchangeable for any other service or cash offered in lieu of unused elements of the prize. Flight Tickets are non-refundable for cancellation and variable change fees apply. No Show or cancelling the arrangement invalidates the prize. • There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
