I'm currently unemployed and living off my savings, which aren't a lot. I am looking for work, all to no avail at the moment. I was just wondering what ways there are for me to earn a few hundred pound a month with little to no outlay spent on doing so, i.e. travel etc.
And when I get a job, I would ideally like to continue earning extra income this way if possible. It would be great to have something else apart from full time/part time work to earn more income from.
Any advice would be great, thanks.

The best advice would be to spend a little time reading the threads on this forum. See what takes your fancy as an idea and ask specific questions relating to your choice on the threads.
Different things work for different people and there is a lot of different things to choose , from using eBay as a business (which I do) , direct sales , online blogging, surveys - plus lots more.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I was considering Ebay actually, but are you able to earn much in return for what you pay out to buy products to sell? I have heard that people aren't earning as much from buying & selling on ebay as was possible in the past.0 -
I've never done Ebay, i imagine the thing that makes it harder is the cost of postage which increases what you have to add on.
I think look at any hobbies you have that you could expand on. Like Soolin says, ifyou can write start a blog or there are lots of things people do if you read through old threads. Don't think any are easy money, you're not going to earn a fortune, unless you're very lucky.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

how do people earn money from blogging? I just thought that blogs were a personal thing, not a money earner.
I'm pretty much just looking to earn maybe £100/£200 or more if possible, per month. I know It would be highly unlikely to earn more than £500 a month through other ventures, let alone thousands, without working more hours in some kind of day job.
Sorry for all the questions, i'm new to this forum and just trying to figure out how to find all the answers to my questions.0 -

It may take you a long time to read this,it's a long thread, but you can seewhat sort of blogs other people here on Mse do.
It should give you some ideas.
Something else i read the other day was about a guy who'd bought some computer software and learnt to make animation films then posted them on Youtube.

I've been searching for where i saw the story about the guy who was making money by posting cartoons on YouTube. It was here on Mse but in 2012.
Read about him here.https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4308073Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

Any of these type of things whether it was blogging or whatever you probably need to do it for a few years while you build up your followers.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

I would set up a youtube channel, but it's knowing what to include on my channel; what kind of videos to upload etc.
I was also thinking about being an extra, and I was also looking into those medical trials.
What do you personally think are the best ways for income boosting?
A lot of people on here have been talking about those surveys, but do they really give out enough money to make a noticeable difference, or are they measly amounts? Free money is free money, I know, but it would be nice to earn more than £20 a week. I could go out and work a second job for more than that.0
