Grrrrr Yorkshire Bank!

Out of 12 creditors they are the only 1's not to accept the DMP. Yorkshire Bank Visa.
Because my monthly payment is only £11 a month less than the min payment should be, they refuse to pass my account to collections- I go into arrears, they call me repeatedly telling me to pay the extra amount so that limits can be lifted from my account !!!- I tell them, even though they know, i'm with cccs on a DMP - my monthly payment goes in, I come out of arrears, even though it's not the full payment and the whole circle starts again.
Since March, even though i'm paying £59 a month to them, my balance has only gone down by about £10!
Having something like £42 a month in interest being added and a late fee of £12!
According to the CCCS - YB visa are doing this because even though i'm on a DMP with over £25,000 debt, i'm still a good customer as I've always paid and the amount i'm paying on the DMP is just under the min repayment!
It's actually going against me - if i'd skipped payments before entering the DMP they would put me into collections, issue a default notice and except the DMP! it's so frustrating!
I hate the Yorkshire Bank!
sorting my life out, then my debts

I think if I was you I would put a formal written complaint into Yorkshire bank outlining this is a long term situation you are in there added interest is counter productive and a court would frown on there actions.

Point out you feel that they are delibrately expoliting your position to make interest and money out of you and that you will take it further if they do not reconsider there position.

Also is it possible to reclaim charges on the account put that into play and maybe you could get somewhere.

Apologies if I am mentioning all what you have already done.
