what to do with greens??

I make a risotto called risotto swamp for my son (aged 12) and have done for a number of years. Just a plain risotto, with onion & garlic then I steam any greens/spinach cabbage etc..., blitz in a processor and add to the risotto towards the end - it ends up a kind of 'swampy' colour LOL! lashings of parmesan and and my son will just sit there and spoon (yes spoon - if he's in lazy mode!) it in You can hide allsorts in the 'swampy' name :-))0
