Moth balls

Daughter is having trouble with moths and asked me to look for moth balls. I've never bought them myself, but seem to remember they were a white, but not sure what they were made of. Tried Wilko's yesterday, only found cedar balls? Anyone have a good solution to moth holes in clothes please ;}

    Naphthalene moth balls (the ones you're thinking of) have been banned in Europe since 2008. Cedar balls are the common replacement for them (usually very effective). Moths also dislike the smell of lavender, so worth trying that.

    If the problem is really bad, she needs to talk to the local council about pest control.
