Hello,
Currently in the process of getting a mortgage from nationwide, the documents have been sent off including a savings account statements of the deposit amount. They have contacted asking for a bond maturity statement as part of the proof of the deposit.
The money has been sat in a bond for the last year but was transferred back into savers account
My question is; what do they mean by a bond maturity statement? We have a letter from the bank (hsbc) detailing when the bond will mature (march 2014) and reference number etc. Would this be what they're asking for ?
The solicitors have also asked for the same thing as proof.
Cheers!

When the investment matured you should have received a statement detailing it's value.0
