Hi im asking for some people's opinions or experiences with these lifetime leases. ?
My parents are selling there house and have an endowment shortfall which is going to leave them with a small amount to buy another property.
Renting isnt a favorable option, as their money obviously wont last that long, we would like to know that they can live out the rest of their days with out worry of moving etc
They are both over 60, so do qualfy, but understand that once theyve both oassed, ( a long way off hopefully) that the company will take the property back.. please help.. want to find a solution to their predicament quickly...

How much do they want need?
At 60, they can still get a mortgage for another 5-10 years potentially if they are still working.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. They really need to slow down, both have done graft, so having another mortgage would put more pressure on them to bring in a decent amount of money..
