Nationwide

Hello, I had my aip approved last week with nationwide and the survey is for next week, the wait is so difficult I keep thinking things will go wrong!!

Do nationwide offer a mortgage after the survey or do they do anything before then?

There is no reason why I shouldn't get the mortgage as everything we have done/said in application is correct but now it's crunch time I'm just worrying I will not get the mortgage.

Having dealt with them recently I would say an almost unlimited number of things could go wrong, few if any will be your fault. Their back office seems to be an utter shambles.

Ive had a shocking three months with them, my issues arent even close to being sorted and Nationwide have caused them. Im thinking about going and sitting in branch tomorrow to try get some answers.
