Will Santander lend on a House at a Former Petrol Station?

I'm hoping to buy a House which once had a small petrol filling station on the forecourt. The House was built in the 30s and the Petrol Pumps removed and tanks degassed in the 90s. I have applied for a Mortgage with Santander and the Valuer is due to look at it on 10th June, is he likely to raise issues? Do Santander loan on this type of property? Is is solely residential now.

It will depend on what comes back on the report.
