Mortgage For House With Regulated Tenant

There is a house for sale with a Regulated Tenancy (Rent Act 1977 as amended) at the registered rent of £90 per week.

The price is £65,000 which is a good discount from the open market (vacant) price which is around £95,000. The house appears to be in good condition too. The tenants have been there for years and it should be a good cash flow proposition with secure long term tenants

Which mortgage lenders are happy to look at houses with regulated tenants?

I think you need a commercial broker for that sort of thing, or raise against something else if you really want to do this (I don't think those numbers stack up for me - unless the tenant is over 100)
    IANAL etc.
