Dog door/flap

Am considering getting a flap put in my back door so my dog can let himself in & out. Can anyone recommend a particular brand/make and are there any pitfalls?

We got this one from argos http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/0350372.htm
With this one you get a plastic cover that goes at the back so if you are away with your dog then you can lock it.
I've had one for over 2 years now and have never had another animal come in my house.
It suits our dog (he's a springer) but I guess it depends on the size of your dog.
