Incorrect Income Stated

I recently put my second full application through with Nationwide as the first was undervalued quite badly so I had to change property (long story)
Now in my haste while filling out the app I incorrectly lumped my car allowance of 545 in with my basic wage of 47500 as it does make part of my basic salary I just assumed it was correct.
Now apparently they are calling me tomorrow as it may need to be "rekeyed". Either way my affordability is still way over what's required but I am just worried this may have a negative impact or may require a THIRD search against me.
Can anyone advise on this or give any other comment on if I could do anything else?

a 'car allowance' is just cash/salary, so long as the outgoings for the car are declared I personally don't see that declaring the income is incorrect, unless the car allowance is somehow not guaranteed....0
