Paying employee's Bonus

Hi guys.

I need to come up with some sort of employee bonus scheme that I could use for social media employee's.

This is new to the business and want to be able to do some sort of incentive

is there anyone who has any idea's around this, or currently works for social media that can shed some light around industry standards?

what do you want the incentive to be based on? number of new customers via social media? number of likes/ comments? new employees hired?

all really depends on why you are using social media

make sure the measures are not fixable and scale.

post your proposal and people can look for flaws.
