who has had a mortgage with precise Mortgages

We have been offered a Mortgage with 'Precise Mortgages'
has anyone used them before or even heard of them ?
Not sure if they are a reputable lender.

    Theyre fine.

    I dont have a mortgage with them personally, but I have used them a couple of times with clients. Theyre reputable, I met up with the sales director and northern account manager last week.

    They have been around for a good few years.

    They are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and also belong to the Council of Mortgage Lenders so are totally above board.

    We are just about to complete a mortgage with Precise and have to say they have been fine. They are really picky over documentation but apart from that, had no problems.

    Speak as I find, but only got the mortgage offer from them due to previous adverse which we were up front about. Was the best recommendation ftom our Adviser.
