Last week I popped in tesco for a sandwich and spotted a brand cereal my kids eat was on special offer so I bought 2 packs. As I walked from the till I thought it seemed a higher charge than I expected and on the receipt the cashier had rung through one box on its own and then a 2 x box. so I had been charged for a box i did not have. went politely to the customer services and she refunded me the box and doubled it which I had not expected. however this was a mistake of the cashier rather than a computer glitch.0
