Hi

I looking for advice, I do surveys for the above panel and have earned
£6 to go into my paypal account. I thought it would just automatically go in as I use the same email address for both. It hasn't and when I look at my account on My Survey it says unclaimed. I have contacted "Emma" without success. Can anybody help with this procedure?

Did you click on the 'rewards' section of the site? If not, you have to go into Rewards, look for the Paypal option, select the amount to cash out and it takes you through a check-out process, as if you were buying something with your points. You have to re-enter your password as the final stage in checking out, and you get a confirmation email.
