Inverter start up voltage

Is this important?
The Samil has a stated startup at 100V the Eltec seems to be 230V.
I guess that means the Eltec will deliver power for less time than the Samil.
Does this matter very much on my 10 degrees from South facing 4kW system - 100V-230V sounds like a big difference but how often will that have an effect - days in winter, hours on bright summer days?
And at less than 230V will I be generating much - would it be worth it?
Side note: anything wrong with Eltec inverters?

Looks like the voltage doesn't matter that much and having it too low could shorten the inverter life.0
