Which lenders offer expat mortgages?

I'm currently living/working in Australia and am looking to purchase a property back home in Scotland, as an investment until I return home. However, I am struggling to source a lender who will consider me as I'm resident in Australia. I have a good salary and close 40% deposit, with my parents able to be guarantors. Are there any mortgage lenders out there who deal in expat mortgages?
