Halifax help - coming off mortgage!

You don't have to pay his solicitors fees, but it sounds as if you have agreed to do this

ah ok - the halifax told me it was "my share" of the solicitor costs not him but if this is the case then im certainly not going to be paying it and will seek my own.
I have an appointment next week to go and see the mortgage advisor in halifax so will find out more (or nothing!) then i guess and appoint my own solicitor at the same time....0 -
