Creation Finance - not interest free credit because of hidden charges

Just wanted to share with MSE users of the extra charges contained within so called interest fee credit with Creation Finance. I used Creation Finance to take advantage of the interest free payment option when I purchased a laptop last year at PC World / Currys. The cost was £935 which I intended to pay before the end of the interest free period was up in June and therefore not incur any cost. I've just come to pay it now and not only is there an admin fee of £25 to pay, even though I have paid the balance 3 weeks before it was due, they also try to take a 3% fee for payment using a debit card. After a bit of looking around the Creation website I have found their bank details, so I have now paid the balance by direct bank transfer. It's a shame they didn't include their bank details on the 'ways to pay us' document that came with the agreement.
I just feel like they try and get money off the customer in any way they can, so I don't think I'll bother with schemes like this again.

Well I knew there was a £25 charge.
Always has been - you could have paid upfront to avoid it.0 -
Did the document you signed mention a £25 fee? Did the document you signed mention a 3% debit card fee?
If they did, then they were not hidden. If they weren't, then you have no need to pay them."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
The agreements do state the fee, creation don't even hide itDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
