Oh, and I got a new badge!... got one for posting about my home insurance :)

Got it down to £22.88 (contents only) after a lot of shopping around and using Quidco.

I noticed that although Confused.com tells you who's cheapest, I saved about another £5-£7 by then going through the insurers own websites.

L&G just sent me a £20 amazon voucher for being a new customer that I wasn't expecting...
that means our home insurance for the year is only £2.88!!!
(assuming that doesn't muck up the qidco payment...)

Yesterday was a NSD, but needed to get groceries today.

Spent £6.20 on a round in the pub with DH... baby's second outing :)
Also spent £12 on a xmas pressy for DH and £35.71 on groceries.

Saved £10.88 through multibuys to add to my make £10 a day total... I think it's very unlikely that I'll reach the £310 target this month, but I can still make about another £46 selling my old phone - wish I'd been able to do it the other week as I'd have got £69. Never mind, it's not within my control!
