2 Loans or 1 Loan?

Probably 3 maybe 4 years (term of the loan) but I guess that does depend on the company car policy and if it is strictly enforced.
My logic is that the loan (25k) over 4 years (580 a month) (for 18 month old car) is slightly cheaper than pcp (588) for a new car. But I'll own the car is I go the full 4 years.
But based on the advice am seriously considering it if I can hand it back without any strings (say after 2 or 3 years) and maybe upgrade again...
Oh decisions decisions!!0
