home care assistant job advise wanted

Hello every one I wanted to ask for some advice I am thinking of applying for a job as a home care assistant as I am desperate for a job.
I have only done retail and customer service in the past and feel anxious about what I be expected to do is it worth doing pay seems not bad at £7.50 -£9.50 with free training in nvqs level 2 and 3.
The idea of washing people and cleaning !!!! puts me off is it all about that or do you do that on occasion ? do you get used to it?
The number of clients to see in a day concerns me too like in 4 hours expected to see 6 people seems a bit much.
The company doing the job vacancy is called Kalcrest Care (Northern) Limited. Their is negative stuff but I wanted to ask what is it like.

If you don't like washing people and cleaning !!!! (whatever !!!! is) and don't feel able to deal with 6 clients in 4 hours, don't apply!
Home carers are not well paid, deal with the "messy" bits of human life and work to a very, very tight schedule. It isn't all washing and cleaning, but many clients can't manage these on their own, which is why they need home carers. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
There will be washing people involved.
If you've got 6 people to visit in 4 hours you're going to have less than 30 mins with each person after travel time. That's what would concern me as there isn't enough time to see to each person properly whether that be washing, sorting out a meal or whatever.0 -
I don't think anyone 'likes' washing anyone's behinds. If you have never done a similar job before I would highly advise to start in a hospital or residential home setting, simply to see if you can hack doing personal care.0

The question is would the clients want someone who is only doing it because they're desperate and who turns up their nose at the jobs that need doing? They're not exactly enthralled at the prospect of a complete stranger providing such intimate personal care, so get your attitude right if you genuinely want to make a go of it, or don't bother applying.
Edit - while you're looking at the terms and conditions, also have a look to see if you're paid for just for the time you're with each person and how much it'll cost you in petrol to get around. That can eat into the pay rate as well. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
