wonderful news!!!! Barclays have paid back my charges!!!! 700.00GBP!!!
I have agreed to this as it is only 100.00GBP less than my claim..
When it's in my account, I'll transfer it to my credit card and that will nearly halve my credit card debt!!!
woohooooooo!!!!!!
I can sleep VERY well tonight!

Fantastic news LP!! Hope your eBay stuff goes well too, I've just 'discovered' selling on eBay too (you can sell stuff as well as buy stuff......who knew...?!
). I love it! "I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Hi all,
had a good day today. Sold 1 book on Amazon and 1 CD on ebay.
Yay!
Still can't believe about my reclaimed charges... very happy about that.

Good Morning you lovely DFWs!!
Okay, so, a good week for me... I have sold 6 items on eBay / Amazon and made about £25.00 altogether!
I’m slightly confused about all the eBay / Amazon stuff to be honest. I know it’ll take me a while to get my head around it all. How does everyone else manage all of this? Where do you put all of your earnings? Do you simply get it paid into your current accounts?
I wanted to put all earnings onto my credit card to help pay it off. Is that possible?
So, anyway… a good week, yes!
I have again, as of today, reduced my debt – woohoo!
My signature is updated...
Also, I can’t wait for the money from Barclays to be put into my account! That will make SUCH a difference to me and my debt.. It will reduce my credit card debt by half! :T
Anyhow… I’m off to work out how to do eBay / Amazon!

Hi all,
Just thought I’d like to write in my debt diary that I got given a payrise on Friday. I’m not sure how much it will be yet, but anything would be good to be honest!
Very happy about that and also that my job here in London will be safe until June next year (the rest of the office are re-locating very soon)!!!!
Good end to the week!
My eBay / Amazon stuff seems to be selling well too!

hey there people!
Had a simply terrible week and spent like I had no debts!!!
At least I didn't spend any more than was in my current account, but I got down to my last 4.00 pounds... which meant that appart from my Direct Debits, there was no extra 'spare money' payments to my debts on Thursday.
Oh, well.... plodding on....
To make a mends for my slackness I have joined some lovely little peeps trying to clear 1,200 by the end of September. Ekkk!!!
It's going to be tough going, but I'm sure I can do it!
So, if I get my 700.00 from Barclays soon and clear 1,200.00, by the end of Septemeber my debt should be around 1,300.00... WOW! that would be amazing!
..until next time!!!

Good luck getting a decent payrise! Congrats about your bank charges I am trying to get back 480 from Lloyds but they have told me I will have to wait untill next year as they are waiting on the outcomes of all the court cases... oh well, if I do get it back it is a bonus even if I have to wait!Debt Free - done

Re your bad week at least you've identified that you haven't done so well. I used to follow bad week with another bad week the next. You sound pretty focused now.
Here's to a good week next week for all of us
