Hi, Ive found a property I like but its on a 50% ownership, I've approached the housing association and they have agreed to sell there half but the vendor is worried about completing the sale... as it involve transferring 100% of the property into her name for about 1hr. Does anyone have experience of doing this?
Thanks
Paul

I've never heard of this before. I sold my shared ownership property last year, completed in January and I was none the wiser if that did happen.0
