What do you do with your prizes?

Obviously some of the stuff up for grabs are more useful than other, some are just bizarre!
Do you enter to win just any ol' thing or only the ones you actually want?
Do you sell them on, give away as presents or even chuck them after a while?
At the moment I'm only entering for stuff that I actually want as I house share so winning a brand new kitchen/bathroom will be of no use to me.

!!!!es me off when people enter for everything under the sun - thats way to OCD for my liking
a box of gluten free bars - not for me but useful for someone who is dietary intollerant. A childs buggy, don't think i'll enter as i know it would be great to resell but they do cost a hell of a lot and i don't need it. Womens lingerie , well i've got to look good at some point
Point is enter for what you can make use of0 -
I used to enter everything when I started out, just because the thought of winning anything was giving me a buzz, but then I ended up with a few prizes that I failed to even give away. Now I only enter for prizes that I really would like or know a specific person who'd enjoy it.
Having said that, I'll enter any competition for something drinkable or edible, just to see what it's like!0 -
Edible and drinkable is fine although there are never any bacon or vodka competitions and i'm not going to scrabble with everyone for a bit of cheese

I only enter for things I want (big and small) or know someone else would like - e.g I'll enter for men's products to give to my housemate/boyfriend, but I won't enter kids stuff comps as there's no one in my life with young kids at the moment.0

I enter for everything & then sell all my wins to fund my future sex change operation :-)
Holiday wins are a bit problematic in the selling but I have tried.0 -
I only enter for things I want for myself or that I can give as a birthday or Christmas gift to someone.
I never enter for something based on the fact I can sell it and have the cash, I would prefer someone else who really wanted or needed it win the prize. Like to think of it as Karma and that if I don't go after things I don't want, that I will win things I do want
2025 £913, 2024 £72, 2023 £2230, 2022 £300, 2021 £1800, 2015 £3790, 2014 £44600 -
I only enter for what I want/ what I can give to family members. For eg I don't have a child but I do enter for toys for my nephews.
I really don't see the point entering for things you don't want/ can't share amongst family/friends but each to their own
xxx:j First prizes back into comping after a break - romantic break to 2 to Venice/ Paris or Rome with romantic trip and a 42 inch TV and blu Ray amazing !
Thank you all so much and good luck guys and girls xxxxxx0 -

I enter for lots of things :j
most prizes are used for family & friends for
b/days/xmas/anniverseries etc :j
my niece & nephew have LO's so kiddies prizes are always very welcome :j
& have lots of friends with LO's who love to receive them :j
if it's a runner up or a cd/film/book
i've already got they go local charities to help fundraising,
local animal charities always welcome most things,
we also have lots of 'bring & buy/open days' do's here so lots of prizes go there as well,
I usually find a good home for majority of prizes :j
& don't forget there's always
a good use for prizes you can't use :Tplease be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.
