Hi MG, I have made your lovely salsa before, and have lots of tomatoes and peppers to use (aldi super 6 today)
but...can't find your recipe- was it on here, or in your blog, or in the kindle book? (promise I am not a stalker!)

Mum just called saying that the local Asdee is selling flats of tomatoes at 10 p per tin .............. she has bought me £20 worth.

I tend to bottle mine - "canning" as our American friends call it .... but I guess it would be ok frozen in small batches.
