Just the part where they ask for £

What do you mean? Of course a solicitor is going to want to be paid, it's their job, it's how they put food on the table.

They are working for you, of course they want payment! If I didn't pay my staff, or your employer didn't pay you, how would it feel?

Whilst I don't like having to pay upwards of £150 for a letter, it's occasionally necessary, as a solicitor has experience and training in this area, I (even though I hold QTS, so must be fairly intelligent by some accounts) do not.

W1 is a specialist bridging company according to some quick research. Whether they are registered with the FCA and OFT will depend if they are lending on a B2C basis, but as this was for property development, I somehow doubt.

Could you loan me the money as i seem to notice that my bank account has already been decimated due to the circumstances and undertaking of a IFA, lender and Solicitor.

I thought it would be easy to read between the lines why i am on here and not speaking to a solicitor right now
  • I think i truly need to yell out everything about these gentlemen however i know i shouldnt a little while ago, so i wont. When i do i am sure it will destroy a couple of people groups lifes as all that i have is in composing and evident.

Sorry! I really need yo to spell this one out for me.

    thanks anyway

I fully understand your first point and accept that but when you have exhausted all funds its pretty difficult

W1 as far as i see it has nothing to do with whats happened and are not involved.

All i did was to highlight that the facility letter (contract)was created by this company, that i do know for a fact.

If you have no money to appoint a solicitor then give up.

No one here is going to represent you in a court of law.
No one here has full access to al the facts of the case to give sensible legal advice
What you need to do is get a solicitor who knows contract law.
Beg, borrow or steal money to achieve this because if you do not then one of two things will happen

    1. They will enforce the securitisation and re-possess the land, or
    2. You will have to pay the costs for breach of contract if you fight the repossession clause

Either way, 1 or 2, if you want to fight your corner then you need a solicitor.
