With my previous Lloyds loan I was sent one automatically about two weeks after my last payment/account closure I assume as Halifax are part of LBG it would be the same! If not as HB above states you can always request one

Question on a loan I have with Sainsburys. They recently sent me a letter stating that they hadn't issued me statements for my loan for the period between Sept 2011 and Sept 2013 as they should as per the Consumer Credit Act regulations. My question is, should I be compensated for this and in what way should I be as they have breached the act??0
