costco store members

Hi are there any store members that could help. I put an online order together in my basket over a few days. Went to place the order and my kirkland washing powder had been removed it said out of stock ok so fair enough I waited a couple of days and its still the same. I emailed them to ask but the reply just said that they were unable to say when or IF the product would be back in stock.
so do any in store members happen to know or could find out if the powder has been discontinued or is it just a supply delay. I put off ordering sooner as was sharing an order with a family member as online minimum order is 2 buckets

Hi, was in Costco last Sunday and there was pallets and pallets of this as normal.

Hi thanks for the reply, that's really strange every time I have been online it says out of stock I emailed them but they were rather vague its still showing out of stock I dont get it, ive emailed them again today and are awaiting a reply. I presumed there would be a large distribution centre for online oders but maybe I am wrong, will await their second reply see if they can offer any further info. Which store out of interest were you visiting .

We bought some from Costco at Lakeside about 2 months ago. So could just be an online thing?
