Hays - Premium rate no to sort out timesheet issues

Appalling that they can get away with this.
Anyone whos ever worked though Hays will probably agree their timesheet system is awful.
But if you get problems, only way to get help is via a premium rate number - no email, no normal number.
Nice bit of income generation Hays.
Really what people on minimum wage want - Spend £5-£10 of your money ensuring you get paid.

Have you tried 'saynoto0870'? I agree, this does seem appalling!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

Premium rate or national rate - what is the dialling code??"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

0844 - and not on saynoto08700

Hmmm. How unhelpful of BT. To find the cost of 0844 numbers.....
You have to look up the pricing code here: http://www.bt.com/pricing/current/Call_Charges_boo/1632_d0e5.htm#1632-d0e5
Then find the price here: http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumer/consumerProducts/pdf/SpecialisedNos.pdf
(Assuming it is an expensive number) I wonder if Watchdog would be interested? If you post what the number is, I'll see if Martin is!
(Research done. It's 5.105p per minute.)Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
So it's not a premium rate number - a £10 phone call would have to last over 3 hours...."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

I still feel on the side of the OP. Hays have a peverse incentive to make the call last as long as possible if they are generating income from it, and are not exactly known as the best possible employer! The principle of this annoys me!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
