Sorry to say this, but I'm afraid I don't think there's any point applying for these this late on in the month, IMHO. They're usually all gone on the 1st, and the stupid system lets you apply for the rest of the month knowing fully well that they are gone!

But yes, it does work as I've had some, too. Had to apply on the 1st, though.
