🍀 Good luck Sarah with your run.

Have fun mrs Stinkface with your party preparations. 4 years old bless him so lovely when they are little 😃
Sorry to hear of your uncles passing and funeral. It is so true that families come together for weddings and funerals, but life is so busy that rarely get to meet up inbetween.

    no im not.

ok ill say whats between the lines. do it but don't post it. yes im on £70 already but im saving £30 for another glitch.

im really not annoyed in anyway. this is for other peeps that don't quite get it.

Thanks for this zippy; while I may once have been able to read between the lines, my nicotine deprived, hormone addled brain doesn't even seem to be able to see all the lines let alone between them (dh thinks it's hilarious) :rotfl:

    Good Morning all...

Busy day yesterday...I went to a tea party at my DH's grandmothers nursing home...and hav'nt had so much fun in a long time...
The residents were very mixed in terms of ability and health, mostly dementia sufferers of some extent....but all were so cheered by the wonderful afternoon of wartime singing and dancing!

I am a great believer that the power of music is curcial to dementia patients having watched my own mum slowly succumb to dementia but be able to very clearly and joyfully recount all the words and music to favourite songs.

It was a truly inspirational afternoon for all of us that went and even my ds2 whos 12 openly admitted that he had really enjoyed the time and found he had learnt more in 2 hours with the residents than any in school history lesson could ever achieve in the same timeframe.

Some of you may remember that over the past couple of days i have had an ongoing debate with T regarding a DTD that has been refused...I have accepted that I'm not entirely blameless in the process and actually over the past few weeks Ihave secured a couple of high dtd amounts from them relating to a recent promotion that has not had sel removed correctly.....so now ive backed down and wont be partaking in that for a while....
However many T still persist to have the item wrongly priced as does the tesco database nationally...

So if you want to keep an eye out for a coffee machine try looking for a delonghi piccolo its shelf priced at 49.00 but is scanning at 99.50
its in a cylindrical box with a green band running around the top....dont confuse it with the krups piccolo which is correctly priced at 99.50

I was sorry to read of the the death of FC's cat,but had to chuckle at the suggestion from sarahdol of all the elite's cherished pets up there looking after eachother...my Ash is with your Harry on that one sarah!!!

hope everyone has lovely days albeit possibly wet and stays safe
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

    :(

    Sorry to mention cats FC

But Phyllis has become a bully to Dilys - poor Dilys now spends her time hidden away & this morning found her cornered behind curtains on the window sill & she had 'relieved' herself with fear :(:(:( it was everywhere

I'm going to have to rehome her but Fourp is away & he needs to concur my decision.
She is a loving cat. She snuggles up to you under the bed covers & follows you around like a dog.

Why Phyllis why? we make you welcome & you abuse our hospitality

Good morning all, thunderstorm here

Not quite sure what I shall be doing here, if it rains as hard as it threatens too I shall probably be going nowhere!

    Morning.

    Its sunny again.

No sympathy for you FC, I'm a selfish cow cause I instantly thought how bad I would feel if it was my cat !! And relieved he was sitting by me.

Big hugs honey, not easy to deal with, enjoy the day with the bairns xxx
