Slight glitch on 3 for £3 cereals, but not worthwhile. Honey Hoops not appearing.
Looking at msm, this vs M appears to be 'best' combo:
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Golden Balls (375g)£1.48£1.39
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Frosted Flakes (500g)£1.38N/A
Prices are confirmed on APG as the above!
However, still works out at £1.12 or thereabouts per (500g) pack when adjusting price to reflect the expensiveness of 375g packs and to be as if it were 500g and total divided by 3 etc. when originally paying £3 and getting just 23p back. My guide would be 90p or below on 500g (10% off £1.00).
Works out about the same (£1.11/£1.12 per pack) even if two packs of Golden Balls bought with Honey Hoops.
Really we need T or someone to go on offer on their Malt Wheaties or even on the Frosted Flakes and stop being so exorbitant-priced compared to A.
Malted Wheaties are still, technically, 3 packs in T at £1.89x3 vs A 3 for £3 (which is £1.00/pack for 500g!). If someone can keep getting them, in 3s, constantly, to try to encourage T to bring the shelf price down and match it...
Shades of T 4 pint milk (non-Creamfields) - for ages at £1.39 each when A always £1.00. We need a good old-fashioned proper price war!0 -
