I'm pretty p***ed off as still not got my APG online vouchers from 10 days ago. I wanted to do C&C for the reeds last night but then I would have no proof that I'm entitled to these vouchers from another order since the APG only sees the last order. I didn't want to call them really as I got my APG from Wonka bars but I cannot let this go again as it's £18 this time.
I rang CS but they said I had to call the service team. It's not open until 8 pm so I'll let you know if I get anywhere with them. I'll be wanting at least £5 by way of compensation for my wait
Eva.....as long as you've "claimed" your last lot of vouchers you should be fine. I'd go for it:)To do is to be. Rousseau

In itunes you should be able to restore phone to last back up made which hopefully should put it all back on there, even syncing might do it.
as I was typing my last reply, they came back. Good morning, very busy in RL so not able to catch up.
I'll be hoping for a dry day today, lots of planting to do because DS picked lots yesterday to brighten up the front of the house. I think I'll need more planters too because of the number of plants we got so I think a bit of shopping is in order.SPC #329 £471/£500 banked

Good morning
I'm off to a D-Day remembrance service with a function after. I've been invited through my uni work. I had a black number lined up, but I think I'm going to change it to bright red........too much?

It happened to me once before but I got confused and wasn't 100% sure so I let it go and probably lost outso now I don't feel comfortable doing another order until I have the vouchers from a previous order.
I spoke to the service team and the woman I spoke to didn't seem to know what she was doing at all. She asked me if someone instore had promised me this voucher, went and spoke to someone else then came back asking how much the voucher was. I told her it was for £18 something, I can't remember how many pence so she said she'd issue a voucher for £20.
I wonder if my original voucher will eventually come through as well, that would be awesome
If anyone else wants to try calling the service centre the number is 0800 952 01010 -
