Eva.....as long as you've "claimed" your last lot of vouchers you should be fine. I'd go for it:)

Good morning, very busy in RL so not able to catch up.
I'll be hoping for a dry day today, lots of planting to do because DS picked lots yesterday to brighten up the front of the house. I think I'll need more planters too because of the number of plants we got so I think a bit of shopping is in order.

It happened to me once before but I got confused and wasn't 100% sure so I let it go and probably lost out so now I don't feel comfortable doing another order until I have the vouchers from a previous order.

I spoke to the service team and the woman I spoke to didn't seem to know what she was doing at all. She asked me if someone instore had promised me this voucher, went and spoke to someone else then came back asking how much the voucher was. I told her it was for £18 something, I can't remember how many pence so she said she'd issue a voucher for £20.

I wonder if my original voucher will eventually come through as well, that would be awesome
