good morning all hope everyone is well been struck down with food poisoning for a couple of days so not caught up so big hugs to those that need them xx
will catch up later.

did anyone get online apgs this week my vouchers from a last wednesday shop have not turned up even though I claimed them..

He does his weights and cycle whilst I watch it.

Hopefully its good, I have abandoned it only two times out of all the years. One ordinary one and one celebrity one with a certain racing pundit who frankly gave me the boak !!!

Here's answer for tweets
you can use "Trend Micro Housecall" on top of any virus/security software you have. I've found that whatever security system I'm using Housecall always finds something they've missed if your computer starts going slow or you get those damned annoying pop-ups or those annoying adverts everywhere for things you've looked at purchasing. Avast, Kapersky, Defender, AVG etc. will miss something that Housecall finds and removes for you. I try and scan mine once a month with Housecall - I was told about it years ago by someone that dealt with computer problems for a few large companies.
