  • Phew made it home safe & sound :) DD is fed & back at her mums, OH is showing signs of tiredness (13 weeks til the due date & she's only now starting to flake) & I'm tired & angry!!! Ended buying a stack of nappies on a C&C, they substituted 2 packs for cheaper packs in the wrong size & didn't pay the difference back so after a frustrating chat with a rather slow SA he took the 2 packs back & put through the refund.I tried explained it wasn't good enough because I would've been £3 out of pocket & it went straight over his head so after 20 minutes I gave up & took what I had! Got home & phones the number on the invoice & explained what had happened & the CS apologised & said he would send a £3 evoucher back, thanks to all you guys I knew about the DTD but unfortunately the CS didn't so I got through to yet another CS who apologised & sent out a £6 evoucher & despite near enough begging to get a goodwill added I only walked away with the DTD but the instore online manager is phoning me tomorrow. So question:

Can I milk a voucher out of my phonecall tomorrow?
